- New pressure-treated structural framing with proper ledger flashing
- Composite decking installation (TimberTech / Trex equivalent)

- Composite step assembly to grade
- Permit handling with SF DBI per current deck inspection requirements
- Final cleanup and restoration of adjacent hardscape
